I’d set huge goals—eat healthier, work out more, improve every area of my life—and I was convinced that this year would be different. I’d meticulously plan out my resolutions, fueled by the thrill of possibility. For a few weeks, I’d be unstoppable. But as the days turned into weeks, my motivation would falter. By the time February rolled around, my lofty ambitions had often faded, leaving me frustrated and defeated. 

It felt like a discouraging cycle, and I began to question whether lasting change was even possible. It wasn’t until I decided to try a different approach that things started to shift. Instead of setting massive, overwhelming goals, I focused on something sustainable. Something realistic. Through trial and error, I discovered a truth that changed everything: success doesn’t come from extreme diets, sudden overhauls, or pushing yourself to the brink. It comes from small, consistent changes that add up over time. That realization became the foundation for the 90-Day Jumpstart Challenge.
